Know Before You Go

Coca-Cola Coliseum is a Mask-Friendly Venue. While face coverings are no longer required in accordance with the latest public health regulations, they are strongly encouraged. 

To protect our fans, employees and team and to align with league and tour standards, a restricted bag policy is in place at Coca-Cola Coliseum. This policy will reduce contact between security staff and patrons’ items as well as inhibit the introduction of prohibited items to the venue.

MLSE strongly encourages fans to not bring any type of bags, but fans will be able to carry the following into MLSE events and facilities:

• No bags over 14x14x6 (such as backpacks, laptop bags or large purses) will be permitted to enter the venue 

• All bags are subject to security search. 

• This policy is subject to change without notice based on league, show promoter or other requirements. 

Fans carrying bags that do not meet the criteria WILL NOT BE PERMITTED ENTRY. If for any reason (medical or other) you require a bag that does not adhere to the bag policy, entry will be permitted subject to contacting MLSE for security inspection of the bag and contents.

All tickets for Coca-Cola Coliseum events will be delivered digitally and will be scanned from fans’ mobile devices at the arena to maintain a contactless fan experience.

Tickets can be accessed through the Ticketmaster mobile app.

Coca-Cola Coliseum will employ enhanced cleaning practices in line with the WELL Health Safety Rating recommendations. 

SC Johnson is Coca-Cola Coliseum’s Official Disinfection partner and they will be supplying the venue with Disinfectant Fantastik® Original All-Purpose Cleaner and Scrubbing Bubbles® Disinfectant Bathroom Grime Fighter products to be used throughout the stadium. 

SC Johnson Professional InstantFOAM® alcohol hand sanitizer stations and Refresh™ Clear FOAM hand wash will also be available through the venue.

Coca-Cola Coliseum is a fully cash-free venue that only accepts debit and credit cards, including major contactless and mobile payment methods, for a safe and speedy check out. We no longer accept cash.

Entry number on the mobile ticket determines the gate number. The entry gate will be listed on your ticket above the barcode, please enter through the gate specified.  

MLSE will continue to monitor local health and safety trends (including those related to COVID-19) and will comply with any protocols mandated by local governments going forward.  Check back often for updates as protocols and guidelines are subject to change.

Masks - Coca-Cola Coliseum is a Mask-Friendly Venue. While face coverings are not currently required in accordance with the latest public health regulations, they are strongly encouraged. 

Vaccinations - While proof of vaccination is not currently required for most events at Coca-Cola Coliseum (including Toronto Marlies games) specific events and concerts may have event specific vaccination requirements and any such requirements will be specified on the event details.
